This is a very silly question and I think i deserve flames as well as answers for making it.
My opponent attacks with a trampling red 4/4 and i block with a pro red 1/1, will I receive the three damage or not?

Yes. The aspect of the "Protection from Red" ability that is relevant here is: Prevent all damage that would be dealt to [this] by red sources.
The trample ability requires your opponent to assign a minimum of the attacker's combat damage to its (each) blocker equal to the blocker's toughness. In this case he will have to assign 1 damage to the blocker, which will get prevented, while the other 3 can be assigned to you and will be dealt normally.

thanks dude! I just changed my thoughts on Sea Sprites.
More completely, damage already on the creature is also considered. If it were a 2/2 pro red with one damage already on it, you would only have to assign one damage to it.
502.9b. The controller of an attacking creature with trample first assigns damage to the creature(s) blocking it. If all those blocking creatures are assigned lethal damage, any remaining damage is assigned as its controller chooses among those blocking creatures and the player or planeswalker the creature is attacking. When checking for assigned lethal damage, take into account damage already on the creature and damage from other creatures that will be assigned at the same time (see rule 502.9e). The controller need not assign lethal damage to all those blocking creatures but in that case can't assign any damage to the player or planeswalker it's attacking.

I also have a question about the interaction of Everlasting Torment and protection from red.
Protection from red says: "Prevent all damage from red sources".
Everlasting Torment says: "Damage can't be prevented."
Now I play Pyroclasm with Everlasting Torment in play. Soltari Priest will die because the "can't" wins, right?

Yes. This is why people used Everlasting Torment in T2 to fight Burrenton Forge-Tender.
Note that you still can't target, enchant, block, etc. pro-red creatures.
